MEDIUM CONSULTORES PRIVACY DISCLOSURE NOTICE

This Privacy Disclosure Notice is provided pursuant to the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in the Possession of Private Companies or Individuals and its regulations under the following terms:

PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA.

For the purposes of this Privacy Disclosure Notice, Medium Consultores, S.C. (hereinafter “Medium”), address Av. Americas 1545, 20-A Floor, Col. Providencia, Postal Code 44630, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, names itself as the party responsible for collecting, releasing, storing and using as well as for the access, handling, exploitation, transfer and/or disposition of said personal data (hereinafter the “Treatment”)

PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA.

We inform you that Medium will obtain your personal data by any of the following means:

In person: when you go to any of the Medium offices located in Mexico.

Directly: when you provide personal information to us upon applying for or hiring our consultancy services, including the pre-evaluation and evaluation of your affairs.

Indirectly: from any document or commercially available information or other lawful sources.

• The personal data that may be gathered and subject to Treatment are those mentioned in the general terms of Article 115 of the Credit Institution Law and in the general provisions of its regulations:

Treatment of personal data will be deemed consented when Medium may assume that the express authorization given by means of a signature and the authentication measures set forth by Medium are reasonably those of the owner of the personal data.

Medium will not handle any data for the purposes mentioned below that it considers sensitive according to the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in the Possession of Private Companies or Individuals and will only handle information in connection with General Data.

PURPOSE FOR PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT

The purpose for the personal data Treatment, unless the owner decides otherwise by using the means described in this Privacy Disclosure Notice, is to use them to provide consultancy services in (i) drafting, (ii) handling, (iii) complying with and updating the “Know Your Customer” policy (iv) prevent money laundering and sanctions, (vi) extinction, and (vii) modification of the business structure, including those newly created ones as well as those already existing, with the support of the different kinds of trust agreements existing in the Mexican financial trust market.

HOW OWNERS MAY EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS

The application to exercise said rights must contain and attach the following:

The owner’s name and e-mail address for sending a response to his/her application;

Documents proving the owner’s identity or that of his/her legal representative;

A clear precise description of the personal data over which he/she wants to exercise any of the above-mentioned rights and any element or document that facilitates locating the personal data.

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

• Medium may transfer or remit data to:

Third party suppliers, notaries public and brokers as well as to provide the financial and trust services needed or required by the owner of the personal data.

Other transfers allowed by the above-mentioned law and its regulations.

Third party recipients of personal data shall assume the same obligations and responsibilities as Medium as mentioned in this Privacy Disclosure Notice.

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER

• Medium reserves the right to update this Privacy Disclosure Notice and will give notice of any such change or modification hereof at the Medium Internet Portal (www.mediumconsultores.com)

We recommend that the owner consult the Privacy Disclosure Notice at least every six months to keep abreast of its terms and conditions.
